- 3+ years in a supervisory role in the steel or pipe finishing manufacturing business.
- Advanced knowledge of Finishing Heat Treatment Line Operations.
- Good understanding of API Standards.
- Working knowledge of Automation Controls.
- Working knowledge of the Plant Maintenance Equipment Reliability Process is required.
- Good knowledge of all Product / Customer specifications.
