QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female
- 22 years old and above
- A graduate of 4 Years degree in Nursing
- With at least TWO (2) years experience in Nursing Home/Hospital
- Mentally, Emotional and Physically Healthy
- Able to communicate and express oneself in clear and simple English
- Able to accept shift schedules
- PRC License is a MUST

Job Scope:
- Perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses
- Take blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate
- Prepare and serve meals
- Feed residents and mash up food if necessary
- Bathe and dress residents
- Make beds and perform light housekeeping duties in resident's room
- Perform oral hygiene care and skin care
- Observe patients' physical, mental and emotional conditions
- Observe fluid intake and output
- Report for abnormal changes or patterns which includes, physical and/or emotional state of the residents to the assigned staff or enrolled nurse
- Empty bedpans and change dirty linens
- Compliance with standards and procedures in the delivery of care to residents
- Follow proper procedures for lifting and transferring residents
- Develop nurturing relationships with residents
- Provide support and assistance to the staff and enrolled nurse in their daily duties
- Assist in programs and activities planned for the residents
- Report on violent behavior
- Store and move supplies
- Passion in healthcare or patient care
