Responsible for properly preparing all items required for the daily Menus and special events as instructed by the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef Hot Galley and to ensure that products are consistently prepared according to the highest possible standards.

- At least High School Graduate
- Must have at least 1 year work experience related as Chef De Partie assigned in Hot Kitchen from Cruise, Hotels, Resort or Standalone Fine Dining Restaurants
- Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago
- No visible body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape, etc.)
