JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review the daily revenue activity list to ensure accountability, reconcile general ledger accounts, review any account discrepancies, and make corrections.
• Manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing, as well as manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.
• Analyze all statements, balance sheets, income, and expense accounts to guarantee accuracy and recommend adjustments that would increase profitability.
• Support the daily accounting operations with the creation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Conduct monthly payroll audits and issue paychecks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 2 years working experience is required.
• Must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
