Job Description:
- Cut and trim meat from larger, wholesale portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts.
- Prepare meat for sale by performing various duties, such as weighing meat, wrapping it, and putting it out for display.
- Specializes in producing clean cuts of meat – poultry, pork, and beef.
- He must know how to upsell.
- He will take charge of the Meat processing unit.
- Knowledge of handling PREMIUM meats is a must.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
