Job Description:
- Ensure that the served food is presentable.
- Preparing daily mise en place, Maintaining cleanliness of the station.
- Possessing good cutting & chopping skills.
- Always follow recipe guidelines on ingredients, portion specifications and presentation.
- Face-to-Face Interview.
- A minimum of 1 year working experience is required.
- Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Good English communication skill.
