Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the field of Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Property / Facilities Manager.
- Thorough knowledge in general maintenance (electrical, HVAC & construction) and motor vehicle (MV) maintenance.
- Responsible in overseeing maintenance and upkeep of properties & amenities; comply with relevant laws & keeping of property records.
- Experience in maintenance of company motor vehicle fleet; ensure MV fleet are in optimum condition, serviced regularly, well-maintained and safe for company's use.
