JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Your main duties will include check-in and check-out, providing information to guests inside and outside the hotel, and handling phone calls and chats. Let's work together to provide a heartwarming space and time for our guests to have a special time.
- JLPT N2 or above, Lodging Skills Test.
- People who can act with a positive attitude at any time.
- Those who are interested in serving customers in English.
- People who love to exercise their minds and bodies.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Those who are able to work in a teamwork environment with their colleagues.
