Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum 3 years proven experience operating wood CNC machinery in a cabinet, joinery, or production manufacturing environment.
✔️ Hands-on ability to load materials, run approved programs, set machine parameters, and monitor CNC operations for accuracy and consistency.
✔️ Strong understanding of timber and sheet materials, with the ability to read drawings, cutting lists, and follow production instructions.
✔️ High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, ensuring quality output through inspection of finished components and early identification of machine or production issues.
✔️ Commitment to workplace health and safety, including routine cleaning, basic machine maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
✔️ Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with workshop staff and follow documentation and reporting procedures.
