• At least 5 years of overseas work experience

• Hands-on experience in both rough and finishing carpentry
• Previous involvement in commercial construction projects
PAINTERS
• Must have 5 years' experience in the same field
• Must have experience working overseas
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects
• Must have good English communication skills
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
• At least 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction or infrastructure projects
• Preferably with overseas work experience
• Skilled in operating various machinery, including excavators (1.5t – 30t) used in deep excavation
