📋 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
• Male, 25–45 years old, and physically fit for overseas employment
• At least a High School graduate
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in construction, engineering, or related trades
• Preferably currently employed, with no employment gap longer than 6 months
• With valid NC II or relevant company training certificate
• Good English communication skills and willing to follow safety rules and company policies
