QUALIFICATIONS:
* Male, 25–45 years old; at least a high school graduate with good English communication skills.
* Valid GMAW NC II certification is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant and continuous experience.
* Experience in industrial or metal structure manufacturing, or related industries.
* Ability to read and interpret WPS, technical drawings and welding symbols.
* Safety-oriented, reliable, and detail-oriented.
* Physically fit for industrial/structural work, with no medical restrictions.
