𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
✅Male, 25–45 years old; physically fit for industrial and working-at-height environments, with no medical restrictions.
✅Graduate of:
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years); or
• Senior High School (K–12) with TVL specialization in SMAW, GMAW, Welding Technology, or Industrial Arts; or
• A two-year College Diploma / Associate Degree in a relevant field.
✅With valid TESDA NC II in Welding.
✅Minimum of three (3) years of recent and relevant welding experience in GMAW or GTAW for tank/vessel fabrication, piping, or steel-structure projects; currently active in welding-related work.
✅Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
✅Proficient in English.
