MECHANICAL FITTERS
Qualifications
✔️ Minimum 5 years' industrial manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
✔️ Strong mechanical and field service experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, while experience installing earthmoving equipment attachments is an advantage.
✔️ Ability to interpret engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics, and technical manuals.
✔️ Can perform MIG welding, oxy cutting, fabrication, and industrial spray painting.
✔️ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with ERP system experience preferred.
