QUALIFICATIONS:
📌 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: At least a graduate of Tertiary and Secondary Education.
📌 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Welder, preferably within a precision machining, automotive, or heavy industries environment.
📌 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Must hold at least a valid TESDA National Certificate (NC II or higher) in Welding. International certifications (AWS/ASME) are a significant advantage but not required.
📌 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Proficiency in multiple welding processes (MIG/GMAW, TIG/GTAW).
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to work with thin-gauge metals without warping.
📌 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Basic to functional English proficiency to ensure clear communication with Malaysian supervisors and international teams.
