Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 3 years' experience as a Boat Builder or Fiberglass Boat Builder.
✅ Skilled in fiberglass lamination — assembling, joining, trimming, and fitting boat components.
✅ Able to set up and maintain gel-coat guns and chopper-gun equipment independently.
✅ Strong English communication and open to overtime when required.
