Qualifications:
✅At least 3 years of proven experience managing day-to-day retail operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and store procedures.
✅Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
✅Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, set targets, and deliver excellent customer service.
✅Experience in budgeting, expense control, payroll monitoring, and handling refunds or price adjustments.
✅Knowledge of health, safety, and food compliance standards, including inspections and regulatory requirements.
✅Skilled in supplier and vendor management, contract negotiation, and coordinating deliveries and stock rotation.
✅Good English communication skills, with the ability to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
