📌 QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
• Must have completed at least 1 year in college or a 1-year vocational course with TOR.
• Must be currently working in a retail meat shop.
Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their skills and experience in:
• Meat cutting, trimming, and portioning
• Boning and deboning various cuts of meat
• Proper meat handling, storage, and preparation
• Weighing, portioning, and packaging meat products
• Working in a retail meat shop environment
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Assisting customers with meat selection and orders
• Using and maintaining butcher tools and equipment
