• With hotel experience as Front Desk/Receptionist is preferred
• Have courageous attribute to implement company policies and procedures
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent English communication skills & phone etiquette
